I have been a therapist for a long time, starting with Therapeutic Massage in 2005. I added Craniosacral Therapy in 2009 and started seeing many more clients with anxiety and other emotional issues. I loved working with these kinds of clients and decided to train as a counsellor in 2017. My long-term plan is to combine bodywork with counselling, but I can't do that during the pandemic. Instead I have discovered online and phone counselling and it is such a great way to help people during the current difficult circumstances.
