Send me an email with your questions and I will tell you more and help you decide whether counselling would be helpful for you.
Give me a ring or send an email to book a session. I will let you know what appointments I have available, and help you decide between video and phone if you're not sure.
If someone at home is making you feel anxious, it may not be easy for you to have counselling there. When you get in touch with me, let me know how and when would be a good time to contact you and we can discuss your options.
I love helping people who are struggling with their lives, finding out what is really going on for them, and seeing the step-by-step changes that come from counselling. Everyone is different and that is the joy of this work - I can't assume anything about you.
My counselling training finished in 2019, though I have been a massage and craniosacral therapist for many years so have a lot of experience with clients and their issues. I am doing further training in children and young people's counselling and enjoy working with younger clients. For more about me, please see my About page.
At home, I enjoy reading, gardening and cooking, and walking on the hills and valleys near my house. And I've watched a lot of TV in lockdown.
